How do I get IT support?

Most of our systems are set up so that once you have followed the College login instructions and your account is set up – they should just work and guidance on doing things like changing your password etc. are all available on CityLife My Password Reset (sharepoint.com)
But there may be occasions when you need to ask for online support, please use the online IT self-service help desk .
Alternatively face to face support is available at the IT Hub on the 4th Floor at City Campus.
